Given that your network marketing company has a great product and a great compensation plan it seems astonishing to note that so often distributors who come into this business fail to bring in much money and set themselves up for life. The leverage that this business style offers certainly is astonishing when you think about the influence of developing a downline and having hundreds of people under you all keen to explode their business, one would assume you could literally just watch the money pour in.
I’ve spoken to many networkers over the last few weeks, some have made money and others have not made a dime, I am of the belief that the main reasons people are not making the grade is due to inadequate training and support. It’s unfortunate that a lot of network marketing companies and sponsors simply don’t provide the required training in order for new recruits to get money into their pockets quickly. Retention rates in this network marketing industry are a low 15% Lots of newbies say that they don’t recieve the support they need from their sponsors and coupled with the fact that most of the old school prospecting methods are not really pulling in the results they used to.
One of the principles you must learn is that of attraction marketing, I learnt from the master himself Mike Dillard and since implementing his way of thinking things have never been the same again… in any aspect of my life! If you have not yet already, check out his products and insist that your new recruits do also. When you start to market and brand yourself, if you are doing it in the correct way you will be a magnet for the correct people to you and you start to build trust and authority with them and done correctly they will be asking you to show them your business rather than you pushing it onto them.
If you want to practise attraction marketing then the internet is the ideal place to do this. Take heed though, don’t be one of those amatuers who annoys everyone by sending links everywhere advertising ‘Best Opportunity ever, make $$$ overnight, Best Payout ever’ etc…you know the sort of thing, my spam box is full of them. A new prospect will be far more likely to respond to you if you have taken the trouble to build up some kind of trust and relationship, it is plain to see that you will get much better results by marketing yourself and what you can propose to your prospects in the way of your knowledge and support. Always offer true value!
To gain the trust and respect of potential business partners you must offer them true value, go above and beyond what everyone else is doing and you will stand out from the marketing noise and put yourself in the position of authority and get the results that you deserve. You should have systems in position that will effectively take care of prospecting on auto-pilot, systems like autoresponders and using video marketing, emails you enter only once and then can be sent to millions of people, videos you shoot once and can be viewed by hundreds.
It;s important you educate your team on all these strategies. Attraction marketing is the clear winner, not spam marketing. By teaching these strategies to your downline you will enjoy a far superior retention rate. I’d love to teach you more but I can’t do it all in one article!
